Vaccinations, like wellness examinations, are one of the foundations of good preventive health care.  It is always safer, easier, and less expensive to prevent disease then to respond to a major medical problem. When considering immunizations it is important to completely evaluate the risk of disease, the effectiveness of the vaccination, and the chances of an adverse event.  We also feel that vaccine protocols cannot be one size fits all. It is imperative to strictly evaluate each pet’s life style to determine their risks of exposure. That is why we have vaccinations that are recommended in all pets and vaccinations that are life style dependent.
